•    Ensure corporate documents are in compliance with Turkish laws and corporate practices are in compliance with Turkish/EU/International competition laws;
•    Identify various regulatory requirements expected of companies in different sectors and ensure that our clients are complying with such;
•    Assess potential legal and commercial risks when signing contracts or entering into regional or international transactions, consortiums, partnerships, mergers and investments;
•    Address concerns over legal and bureaucratic issues and complexities relating to commercial practices or company management;
•    Assist on the compliance of administrative actions with the company codes/bylaws;
•    Consult on the exercise of disciplinary measures within the company;
•    Guide and represent our clients throughout the processes of the Turkish legal system where legal issues need to be raised in court.
