Provide our services on issues revolving around the European Convention of Human Rights, agreements that are part of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH), international agreements on alimony & children rights and any agreements which Turkey is a party of;
Identify available international legal remedies;
Prepare the necessary texts and documents for international applications in line with the authorizing agreements;
Initiate the legal processes after making the necessary applications to central authorities and/or Ministries according to the formal and substantial rules;
Follow through the international legal notice processes;
Represent our clients nationally and internationally throughout the legal procedures.
