•    Provide legal consultancy on wills and maintenance until death agreements;
•    Ensure that wills are prepared according to the formal requirements to avoid any disputes after the death of the testator;
•    Consult on the options available to the testators and beneficiaries per their rights;
•    Request the enforcement of the will or the rejection of the inheritance whichever our clients wish so;
•    Monitor the management of the deceased’s heritage and the liquidation process;
•    Apply to the available legal remedies if the beneficiaries are acting in such a way to break the will and prevent other beneficiaries from benefiting from the deceased’s testament or where they sidestep the formal rules in order to gain benefit;
•    Request on behalf of our clients for registry of the liquidated heritage or equalisation of inheritance between the testators.
