•    Handle commercial contracts with corporations, businesses, foreign investors or companies, contracts with public or private institutions, consortiums, legal tenders, investments;
•    Prepare the contractual text in compliance with the relevant law – Turkish law (i.e. Turkish Civil Code, Turkish Law of Obligations, Turkish Labour Code etc.) or other depending on the governing law of the contract;
•    Locate any mistakes in the contractual text to minimize any financial damage to our clients and avoid potential suits from other parties;
•    Represent our clients during the negotiations of the terms;
•    Ensure that the conclusion of the agreement complies with the formality requirements of Turkish/EU/International laws;
•    Identify our clients’ rights and obligations arising in relation to or as a result of their contracts;
•    Guide and represent our clients throughout the performance of the contract;
•    Initiate legal processes where there is an absence of the performance by other parties;
•    Prioritize and advocate that our clients receive the most favourable interpretation of the contractual provisions within their legal framework.
