•    Assist our clients with securing zoning plans, cancellation of zoning plans, halting the execution of plans, the parcelization processes, the expropriation of land or confiscation without expropriation, public zoning and housing processes and determination of possession of 2b lands;
•    Examine the relevant regulation and law (i.e. Ancient Arts Law, Protection of Cultural and Natural Properties Law) to apply for action to set aside zoning plans with scales of 1/1000, 1/5000, 1/10.000 and 1/25.000;
•    Protect the interests of our clients by appealing to expropriation, demolition or penalties for unlicensed construction decisions;
•    Consult on legal proceedings for expropriation, resulting adequate pay and registration issues.
